packages regardless of the Operating System and CP you have chosen or the task that you need to be done as our administrators will help you with anything relevant to the software on the server. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up third-party programs, setting up server options, troubleshooting scripts in case they do not function efficiently, etc. The upgrade includes sixty minutes of work and if a particular task requires less time, the remaining minutes shall be available for the future and will be listed in the VPS billing CP. You could use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which offers thirty minutes of custom work on your server. This way, you can work on your sites without worrying that you won't be able to use some program or losing time on complex issues.
Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Web Hosting
You may add the upgrade to any of the dedicated servers hosting packages
which we offer at any time that you need it. In case you need some custom work from our administrators just after your web server is set up, you can order the upgrade during the server signup procedure, or when you need something to be executed afterwards, you can add the upgrade from your billing Control Panel. The Installation & Troubleshooting service includes 60 minutes work from our admins on your hosting server, so in case you encounter any problems to install a third-party software or some app gives errors and doesn't work the way it should, our experts can help you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than sixty minutes, the remaining time shall be available for future tasks and you'll be able to see it inside the billing area. This upgrade is suitable in the event that you do not have a lot of experience with managing a hosting server or if you use our Managed Services upgrade, but you deplete the thirty minutes custom work it includes.
